Tuc deth Miei
Starting Point: Pla de Beret
Description: We will begin our snowshoeing route from the Beret parking lot, passing through the Cabana de Gessa. The ascent to Tuc deth Miei is characterized by a continuous and gentle climb, suitable for all levels of mountain experience. As we progress, we enjoy panoramic views of Baqueira Beret and the beauty of its winter surroundings.
New Path to Banhs de Tredòs
Starting Point: Aiguamog Winter Parking Lot
Description: For approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes, we ascend to reach the Banhs meadows, where the trail opens up to a valley with the magnificent backdrop of the Circ de Colomers. The path we follow crosses a first meadow, and always heading south, we will reach a forest track that ascends to the Porera plains on the left and flattens out on the right, offering a spectacular panoramic view of the peaks of the Glacial Cirque.
Còth de Baretja
Starting Point: Eth Portilhon
Description: Còth de Baretja is a magnificent meadow with wide and spectacular views of the Maladetas, Maupas Peak, the Bagneres de Luchon resort, and part of the Aran Valley. As you ascend through Portilhon, just before reaching the summit, you will find a left turn that leads you through a fir forest. When you arrive, you can see the entire Luchon Valley and the Baix Aran, with views of Es Bordes, Vilamòs, and Cóth de Varradòs.
Base of Tuc de Salana
Starting Point: Aiguamog Winter Parking Lot
Description: A classic route in Val d'Aran, the Tuc de Salana can be considered an introductory peak, although its final part is a bit steep. After a good snowfall, the ascent through the forest where large amounts of snow accumulate is very beautiful. The ascent starts from the huts located in the Llano de Aiguamog, at Eth Cerer de Montadí. We will continue on the cross-country ski tracks until we reach the Banhs de Tredòs plain and then arrive at the Base of Tuc de Salana.
Val de Conangles
Starting Point: Refugi de Conangles
Description: A circular route at the southern mouth of the tunnel that takes us to the Conangles cirque, ascending through the GR-11 until we reach the upper course of the river where we begin the descent by crossing it. First, we cross a beech forest with magnificent specimens, and then we enter a fir forest where we complete the rest of the excursion. Impressive views of the Molières Valley.
