Discover the fascinating world of bats on this unique nighttime ecotourism experience designed to completely change the way you see these remarkable mammals. Learn why bats are essential for healthy ecosystems, debunk common myths, and uncover the incredible biodiversity hidden in the nights of the Val d'Aran.

Accompanied by a wildlife specialist guide, you will stroll through the surroundings of Betren at dusk, when bats become most active. Along the way, you will learn how they live, how they navigate using echolocation, which species inhabit the Pyrenees, and the crucial role they play in naturally controlling insects and preserving forest ecosystems.

The experience is enhanced with a bat detector and ultrasonic amplifier, which converts the high-frequency sounds emitted by bats into audible signals. This allows us to listen to their "language," identify different species, and observe their spectacular flights as they soar overhead.

An educational, family-friendly, and eye-opening activity that will take you from fear to admiration for one of the most misunderstood and beneficial animals in nature.

Water.
Important: Please avoid wearing perfume or strongly scented fragrances.

✅ Cancellations up to 5 days before the activity: 100% refund of the total amount.
🔄 Up to 48 hours before: possibility to change the activity date or request a voucher for the amount paid, redeemable for any activity and with no fixed date.
❌ Cancellations less than 48 hours before or no-show: no refund will be issued (100% non-refundable).

👥 Bookings of 15 people or more (groups)

✅ Cancellations up to 14 days before the activity: no charges.
⏳ Cancellations between 14 and 5 days before: 10% fee.
⚠️ Cancellations between 5 days and 24 hours before: 30% fee.
❌ Cancellations less than 24 hours before or no-show: 100% fee.

🌦️ What happens if it rains or there is bad weather?

The activities take place regardless of weather conditions, except in extreme cases that may affect safety, such as severe weather conditions.
*In case of cancellation by the provider for safety reasons, a new date or a full refund of the amount paid will be offered.

🤒 What happens if you or a companion get sick?

If you or a companion get sick on the same day of the activity, it will be necessary to present an official medical certificate.
With the certificate, we will offer you the rescheduling of the activity or the corresponding refund.
If you are part of a group, the refund will only apply to the affected person (and the minor under their care if applicable). The rest of the group will be able to carry out the activity as planned.
