What is the capacity of the snowmobiles?
Snowmobiles are two-seaters, with a maximum of 2 people per vehicle.
Who can drive the snowmobile?
The driver must be at least 18 years old. This is a strict requirement, regardless of previous experience.
Is a driving licence required?
No, it is not necessary to have a licence or know how to drive, only to meet the minimum age requirement.
Can a child sit between two adults?
No. Snowmobiles have a maximum of 2 people, so it is not allowed to carry a child between two adults.
Is a helmet provided?
Yes, a helmet is provided. There is no need to bring your own.
Can I bring my own ski helmet?
Yes, you can use your own helmet if you prefer.
Is the activity cancelled due to bad weather?
No. The activity runs as normal in typical snow, wind or cold conditions. It will only be cancelled if conditions pose a safety risk.
Can I participate if I am pregnant?
It is not recommended to take part in the activity if you are pregnant.
Can I participate if I have an injury or physical condition?
It is not recommended in case of back problems, injuries or other significant conditions. If in doubt, we recommend consulting a doctor beforehand.
How does the pricing for children work?
Children up to 10 years old have a child rate. From 11 years old (inclusive), the adult rate applies.
What is the difference between the lunch stop option and the premium menu?
With the lunch stop option, a table is reserved for you at the refuge where you can choose your food and drinks from the restaurant menu, while with the premium menu option, there is a predefined menu with a fixed price.
Are there vegetarian options available?
Yes. The refuge menu includes several vegetarian options.
Can minors participate without an adult?
No. Minors under 18 must always be accompanied by an adult.
Can a child under 3 years old participate?
The minimum age is 3 years old. If they are close to turning 3, you can contact us.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed in the activity.
Can I rent clothing or equipment?
Clothing, gloves, goggles or footwear are not available for rent. It is recommended to come properly equipped with ski or winter clothing.
Can I wear ski or snowboard boots?
Yes, it is possible, although it may affect comfort during the activity.
How do I access the meeting point in case of snow or bad weather?
In case of snowfall, snow chains or covers are usually mandatory. If you do not have them, you must arrange alternative transport. No changes or cancellations outside the allowed timeframe will be accepted for this reason.
How should I calculate the time margin to reach the meeting point?
During peak periods, heavy traffic may occur, especially early in the morning, significantly increasing travel time. We recommend leaving with enough time to arrive on schedule.
What happens if I arrive late?
Schedules are strict. In case of delay, the booking will be lost and it will not be possible to carry out the activity.
What happens if I stay in Pallars Sobirà and the Bonaigua pass is closed?
In this case, access must be via the alternative route Sort – Pont de Suert. No cancellations or refunds will be accepted for this reason.
What if I have back problems or other physical conditions?
It is not recommended in case of back problems or other significant conditions. If in doubt, we recommend consulting a doctor beforehand.
