Our private lessons are designed to help you improve your technique or start skiing with maximum safety and efficiency. Thanks to individualised teaching, you will enjoy an experience adapted to your level, style and goals, with the guarantee of top professionals in Baqueira Beret.

Whether it’s your first contact with snow or you are looking to refine your technique, our certified instructors will guide you through every turn so you can progress with confidence and enjoy every moment.

What do our private lessons include?

⏳ Minimum duration: 2 consecutive hours.

👥 Individual lessons or small groups with a homogeneous level
🎿 For all levels: beginner, improvement and advanced training

Available meeting points:

📍 Baqueira 1800m: in front of the cable car exit, under the wooden arch (default). Any other meeting point available upon request.
📍 Baqueira 1500m: cable car mid-station, next to the ski pass control.
📍 Beret: control tower (check availability).
📍 Tanau: arrival of TS Esquiró 1800m.

Ski Levels – Guide to choose your lesson

We organise our groups and lessons according to each skier’s technical level to ensure safe and effective learning. Check this guide and select your level when booking:

🔸 A* – You have never skied

No previous skiing experience.
Beginner level.

🔸 A1 – You maintain the snowplough without turning

You can brake in a snowplough and slide independently (without turning).
You control braking but do not turn yet.
Easy slopes (green areas, conveyor belts and tunnels).

🔸 B – Snowplough turns on green and blue slopes

You perform controlled snowplough turns at low speed.
You start linking turns on green and blue slopes.

🔸 B1 – Agile snowplough turns on blue slopes

More rhythm and agility in turns.
You ski blue slopes fluently and begin some red runs.
Improved speed control.

🔸 C – Introduction to parallel skiing on blue and red slopes

You start changing from snowplough to parallel turns on green and blue slopes.
You perform snowplough turns on red slopes.
Basic parallel skiing initiation.

🔸 C1 – Basic parallel skiing at all times on piste

You master parallel skiing, including short turns.
Control and confidence on red slopes.

🔸 D – Advanced parallel skiing on all types of slopes and terrain

You ski confidently on any type of slope.
You control short turns, rhythm changes and off-piste terrain.
Red and black slopes with confidence.

🔸 E* – Carved parallel turns

You perform wide, carved turns.
Controlled descents on black slopes.
High technical ability for all types of terrain and conditions.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Booking and cancellation – ski lessons

The booking is confirmed with payment of 100% of the total amount.
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the lesson start date. After this period, during high season (check calendar), the full booking amount will be charged. During the rest of the season, 50% of the booking value will be charged.
In the event of resort closure, the amount corresponding to services not provided will be refunded.
In case of accident or illness, upon presentation of a medical report, the amount corresponding to services not provided will be refunded. Applicable only to the affected person (and to the minor under their care, or to the accompanying adult of the minor, if applicable).

Duration and punctuality

All lessons have a duration of 55 minutes.
Arriving well in advance is recommended, especially if you need to rent equipment or purchase a ski pass. Time lost due to client delays will not be recovered.
No refund will be issued if you do not attend at the scheduled time.

Safety

The use of approved helmets for winter sports is recommended.Mandatory for children under 13 years old.
Strictly follow the instructions of slope staff and respect safety signs at all times.

Accident and Civil Liability Insurance

Winter sports involve unforeseen risks that may occur.
COPOS SCHOOL has Accident and Civil Liability insurance for lessons or courses contracted during the corresponding schedule. The policy does not cover pre-existing injuries.

For safety reasons, the use of approved helmets for winter sports is recommended. Mandatory for children under 13 years old.

BAQUEIRA BERET resort offers optional accident insurance together with the lift pass. Details on prices and coverage are available on the resort’s website or at the resort offices.

Procedure in case of accident:

In the event of an accident during a lesson, the student must go to the resort’s medical centre to obtain a first assistance medical report.
On the same day of the accident, the student or legal guardian must provide a copy of this report to the ski school, which will keep a copy and stamp the original.
The medical report must include date, time, place of the accident, personal details of the injured person, instructor’s name, cause and injuries.
If an accident occurs during a private or group lesson, the student must immediately go to the resort’s medical centre to obtain the first assistance medical report, duly completed with accident details.
Within 48 hours of the accident, the student must send the stamped assistance report to the insurance company, attaching a copy of the lesson receipt and a photocopy of their ID.

The contracting conditions and current rates include 21% VAT.
