4 Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a voucher by email. If you don't receive it, please check your Spam or Junk folder

5 You’ll find directions to your meeting point in your booking voucher. Check it in advance to arrive on time for your activity!

Whether you're looking for long rides with steep climbs or relaxed rides in nature, our E-MTBs are ready for any terrain. Available in all sizes, including models for kids and teens.

🚨 IMPORTANT: Booking required at least 24h in advance

To guarantee bike availability and offer the best possible service, you must book at least 24 hours in advance. There are no bikes available at Pla de Beret without a prior reservation, so walk-in rentals are not possible.

CANCELATIONS

Reservations for up to 5 people:

If you cancel more than 72 hours before the activity: 100% of the reservation price will be refunded.
If you cancel within 72 hours before the activity: 50% of the reservation price will be refunded.
If you cancel within 48 hours before the activity: 100% of the reservation price will be charged.
If you do not show up on the day of the activity: no refund will be provided.

Reservations for 6 people or more:

No date changes are allowed.
If you cancel less than 20 days before the activity: 100% of the reservation price will be charged.
If you cancel less than 30 days before the activity: 75% of the reservation price will be charged.

What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?

We conduct our activities regardless of the weather (e.g., rain or snow), except in extreme cases such as avalanche risk.
If the provider cancels the activity due to safety conditions (e.g., avalanche risk), an alternative date or a refund of the payment made will be offered.

What happens if I or one of my companions get sick on the day of the activity?

If you become ill on the day of the activity, you will need a medical certificate to justify the non-performance of the activity. With a medical certificate, we can reschedule your activity or provide a refund.
If you are in a group and become ill, the refund only applies to you. If your companion is a minor, they will also be included in the refund. The rest of the group can continue to enjoy the activity as planned.
