No. You must arrange to get to your meeting point on your own.

How do I get to the meeting point of my activity?

When you complete your reservation, you will receive an attached voucher that you should open. In the "Notes" section, you will find a description of how to get to the meeting point where you need to go to participate in the activity. There will also be a Google Maps link that, when clicked, will guide you to the meeting point of your activity.

What happens if it rains?

If it rains, great! You will have a higher chance of seeing more wildlife. The ideal conditions for observing these animals are when it rains, there is fog, or low clouds.

Unless the guide decides to cancel the activity for safety reasons, it will proceed as planned. Not attending an excursion due to weather conditions will result in the loss of the amount paid.

Can I bring my dog/pet?

No, because they might bark and make noise, and the animals would smell them and get scared.

What happens if I don't arrive on time at my meeting point?

It is recommended to check both the weather conditions and the road status on the day of your activity. During peak seasons, there may be traffic jams, and it might take longer than usual to reach the different meeting points for the activities.
Take all necessary precautions to arrive on time at your meeting point; otherwise, the provision of the services you have contracted cannot be guaranteed. In such a case, no refunds will be made.
