This activity is non-refundable. The reservation remains valid for 2 years, allowing the activity to be rescheduled in case of weather-related or operational issues. When an outing cannot take place, the preferred option will always be to offer a new available date, either within the same season or the following one.
Refunds will not be issued in cases of illness, accident, lack of physical fitness, insufficient skiing ability or late arrival.
Important information
Heliskiing depends entirely on weather conditions and mountain safety always takes priority. For this reason, the final confirmation usually takes place the day before or, in some cases, the same morning of the activity. Even when conditions appear clearly favorable, there is always the possibility of last-minute adjustments, delays or cancellations due to weather evolution, snowpack conditions or safety criteria.
We understand that this experience requires planning and logistics, therefore we will remain in constant contact and inform you of any updates as soon as possible.
Due to the nature of the activity, operational decisions —to carry out, modify, shorten, delay or cancel the activity partially or entirely— are exclusively the responsibility of the guides and pilots. Clients must follow the instructions of the operational team at all times.
In case of accident
In case of an accident and depending on the severity, we have a direct connection with the POMPIERS GRAE Val d’Aran rescue team, allowing rapid intervention thanks to the helicopter.
In case of adverse weather or force majeure
If due to adverse weather conditions, snowpack conditions, safety reasons or any case of force majeure the activity cannot be carried out safely, the provider reserves the right to modify, delay or cancel the activity.
Heliskiing and off-piste skiing activities require a high degree of flexibility from clients. An activity may not take place or may be carried out differently than planned due to mountain conditions. In all cases, the responsible guides and pilots have full authority to determine whether a descent or part of the activity can be carried out or continued.
In case of cancellation
If the activity cannot take place due to weather or safety conditions, the preferred option will always be to reschedule it to another available date within the same season or the following one, keeping the reservation amount valid for a maximum period of 1 year.
If the client does not have alternative dates to reschedule the activity and requests cancellation, the refund will be calculated based on the guaranteed descents not completed:
Heliski Baptism (2 descents)
- The program includes 2 guaranteed descents.
- Each guaranteed descent has a value of €100 per person.
- If the activity cannot take place, the refund will be €200 per person.
No changes or cancellations, either partial or total, will be accepted for the following reasons: late arrival at the helipad or meeting point, illness, injury, or lack of physical fitness or skiing ability.
Accident insurance
Due to the nature of the activity, accident and rescue insurance is mandatory. Any costs related to medical treatment, evacuation or hospital transfer will be the sole responsibility of the client.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for arriving on time and with the appropriate equipment on the day of the activity. Late arrival or inadequate equipment may result in losing all or part of the booked activity without refund.
All participants are advised to assess their physical condition and technical level before booking. Refunds will not be issued to clients unable to carry out the activity due to insufficient physical or technical preparation.
If guides determine that there are safety risks for the participant or the group, the client may be transported back to base without any refund.
