Climb the Tuc de Mauberme – The Majestic Summit on the French-Catalan Border

Seeking a high-altitude adventure in the Pyrenees? The Tuc de Mauberme is your ultimate goal. Standing tall at 2,843 meters with a prominence of 793 meters, this iconic peak crowns the northern frontier of the Aran Valley, surpassing neighboring giants like Barlonguera and Mont Valier.

The ascent leads you through the mineral-rich Unhòla River Valley, known for its reddish tones and historic mining significance, before reaching the pristine Montoliu Lake and pushing upward to panoramic views of Liat Lakes and southern France.

For Experienced Hikers Only – A Full-Day High-Mountain Challenge

3-layer clothing, short-sleeve thermal shirt, windbreaker, waterproof jacket, trekking pants, low hiking boots, poles, sunglasses, hat, sunscreen, water, snack, 20L backpack

1 dog per group allowed (with prior notice and group approval)

CANCELLATIONS

Reservations for up to 5 people:

If you cancel more than 72 hours before the activity: 100% of the reservation price will be refunded.
If you cancel within 72 hours before the activity: 50% of the reservation price will be refunded.
If you cancel within 48 hours before the activity: 100% of the reservation price will be charged.
If you don't show up on the day of the activity: no refund will be available.

Reservations for 6 people or more:

Date changes are not allowed.
If you cancel less than 20 days before the activity: 100% of the reservation price will be charged.
If you cancel less than 30 days before the activity: 75% of the reservation price will be charged.

What happens if it snows, rains, or the weather is bad?

We conduct our activities regardless of the weather, such as rain or snow, except in extreme case.
If the provider cancels the activity due to safety conditions, an alternative date or a refund will be offered.

What if I or a companion falls ill on the day of the activity?

If you become ill on the day of the activity, you will need a medical certificate to justify the non-completion of the activity.
With the medical certificate, we can reschedule your activity or provide a refund.
If you are part of a group and fall ill, the refund only applies to you. If your companion is a minor, they will also be included in the refund.
The rest of the group can continue to enjoy the activity as planned.
