Lake Torrassa offers the perfect conditions for learning paddle surfing. Its calm waters, free from currents and waves, make it easy and safe to get started while enjoying a unique natural environment surrounded by mountains and forests.

It doesn’t matter if it’s your first time on a board. Our team will provide simple instructions before you begin so you can quickly gain confidence and enjoy the experience from the very first minute.

Our individual paddle boards are perfect for families with children, couples, groups of friends, or travellers looking for a peaceful outdoor activity. Paddle at your own pace, improve your balance, and discover Lake Torrassa from a completely different perspective.

At the activity centre, you will find a food truck with a lakeside terrace and restroom facilities. There is also a green area and inflatable games for children. The Torrassa activity centre is located in a privileged natural setting within the Alt Pirineu Natural Park, surrounded by breathtaking scenery and nature.

Swimsuit or comfortable clothing suitable for water activities.
Sun protection.

Who Can Participate?

Anyone in good physical condition.
Swimming ability is mandatory.
No previous experience is required.
Minimum age: 10 years old when accompanied by an adult.
Minimum age without an accompanying adult: 18 years old.
Maximum capacity: 1 person per board.

CANCELLATIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

Do you have any questions? Don’t worry! You can cancel free of charge up to 5 days before the activity.
If you need to modify your booking, contact us and we will offer you the best available options.

👥 Bookings of up to 14 people

✅ Cancellations up to 5 days before the activity: 100% refund of the total amount.
🔄 Up to 48 hours before: possibility to change the activity date or request a voucher for the amount paid, redeemable for any activity and with no fixed date.
❌ Cancellations less than 48 hours before or no-show: no refund will be issued (100% non-refundable).

👥 Bookings of 15 people or more (groups)

✅ Cancellations up to 14 days before the activity: no charges.
⏳ Cancellations between 14 and 5 days before: 10% fee.
⚠️ Cancellations between 5 days and 24 hours before: 30% fee.
❌ Cancellations less than 24 hours before or no-show: 100% fee.

🌦️ What happens if it rains or there is bad weather?

The activities take place regardless of weather conditions, except in extreme cases that may affect safety, such as severe weather conditions.
*In case of cancellation by the provider for safety reasons, a new date or a full refund of the amount paid will be offered.

🤒 What happens if you or a companion get sick?

If you or a companion get sick on the same day of the activity, it will be necessary to present an official medical certificate.
With the certificate, we will offer you the rescheduling of the activity or the corresponding refund.
If you are part of a group, the refund will only apply to the affected person (and the minor under their care if applicable). The rest of the group will be able to carry out the activity as planned.
